Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) is a foundation for blind cricketers in Pakistan. It controls and manages all the tours and matches undertaken by Pakistan blind cricket team. It was founded by ''Agha Shoukat Ali'' in 1996 for the development of cricket for blind and visually impaired individuals in Pakistan.
